Exploring the Nature and Antecedents of Employee Energetic Well-Being at Work and Job Performance Profiles

While it is generally assumed that employees who feel well are also productive, research has shown this not always the case. Specifically, some seem to experience low well-being while performing, and vice versa. As employee performance both required achieve corporate sustainability, purpose of was identify energy-related well-being/job profiles among 5729 from Dutch division a large bank their antecedents. Using latent profile analysis, we found five profiles: 1. well-being/low performance, 2. well-being/medium 3. high 4. well-being/high 5. well-being/top performance. multinomial regression, more learning development opportunities, social support colleagues, autonomy, less role-conflict were related profiles.
